- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in insurance sales.n
- At least 2 years of experience leading and managing field sales teams.n
- Mandatory proficiency in Malayalam (spoken and written).n
- Strong understanding of the Kottayam and surrounding local market.n

- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives.n
- Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.n
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews.n




- Oversee field sales operations to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.n
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion within the assigned territory.n
- Monitor team performance and provide regular performance updates to management.n
- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance requirements.n
- Conduct regular field visits to support the team and drive business growth.n
