- Provide strategic leadership to junior associates, consultants, and interns, ensuring effective management and mentorship.n
- Align team efforts with ESSC’s Core Values, Vision, and Business Goals.n
- Develop and implement team-building initiatives to maintain high morale and a team-oriented work environment.n
- Set performance metrics for the team and ensure timely reviews and feedback sessions.n
- Enforce adherence to ESSC’s policies, professional ethics, and industry best practices.n

nClient & Media Relations:

- Act as a key representative of ESSC, fostering strong relationships with high-profile clients and media houses.n




- Develop and execute media relations strategies to secure top-tier placements across print, digital, and broadcast media.n
- Maintain and leverage a robust network of media contacts, industry influencers, and thought leaders.n
- Oversee client communications, ensuring consistent and strategic messaging across channels.n
- Provide crisis communication and reputation management support to clients as needed.n
