System Owner, Finance Systems (OneStream, Kyriba) India Required Travel: 0 - 10% Job Description: **Primary Purpose of Role** + The System Owner, Finance Systems is responsible for providing single point of ownership to deliver a wide range of support for the OneStream application, Kyriba Treasury application, and other applications as assigned. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, open to feedback, and eager to contribute to the ongoing success of our internal finance and IT projects. **Key Responsibilities** + Timely Support and issue resolution, most critically during the accounting close and financial planning cycles. + Take ownership of the day-to-day administration and maintenance of our OneStream platform. + Maintain a deep understanding of OneStream, its functionalities, and best practices for optimal system performance. + Develop and maintain business rules, dashboards, cube views, data buffers, and data management jobs as needed. + Work closely with Finance and Accounting teams to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions. + Respond to and execute requests for system adjustments, configurations, and updates. + Maintain and create user access and profiles. + Participate in implementing enhancements, including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing. + Other duties as assigned. **Key Performance Measures** + Completing incident resolution and user access requests within SLA timeframes. **Competencies and Behaviors** + Effective communication skills with accounting, finance, and technical stakeholders. + Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the platform meets the organization's objectives.



+ Analytical mindset with robust troubleshooting skills. **Experience & Qualifications** **Required** + Bachelor's degree in computer/data science, IT, business, finance, or a related field. + Hands-on experience supporting OneStream and Treasury applications. + Experience in system maintenance and administration, including integration of source systems. + Experience supporting financial systems through a ticketing or application support model. **Preferred** + Certified Administrator for OneStream. + Understanding of structured relational databases and OneStream business rules. + Proficiency in VB.Net (both functional and technical), C#, and SQL. + Experience with .NET, Visual Studio, and SQL Server Management Studio. + Familiarity with PowerShell and REST APIs. + Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2016-2022, IIS, and Azure Active Directory. **Scope Factors** + N/A **Travel Expectations** + 5% Travel Allison Transmission is an equal opportunity employer.
