Job Description – Sales Officer (General Trade)

Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities: Handling General Trade (GT) sales in the assigned territory. Developing and maintaining relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners. Achieving monthly and annual sales targets. Increasing product availability and market penetration. Ensuring proper product visibility and execution in the market. Conducting regular market visits and identifying new business opportunities. Monitoring competitor activities and sharing market feedback with the management. Coordinating with distributors to ensure smooth stock availability and order execution. Preparing and submitting daily sales reports and updates. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in General Trade (GT) Sales. Graduation is mandatory. Age should not exceed 30 years. Good communication and negotiation skills. Robust knowledge of the local market and distributor/retailer handling. Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
