Role: Associate US IT Recruiter
What You'll Do:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various US IT positions
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiation
Maintain candidate pipelines using ATS and other tools
Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
Stay updated on latest industry trends and technologies
What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT recruitment
✅ Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
✅ Familiarity with US employment terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
