Job Summary: The HR Officer will work with the team for an Australian shared services organization and will cater to the human resources requirements of our foreign counterpart organisations working within the health-related sectors. This role includes recruitment and selection, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and selection including advertising roles, screening candidates, and conducting interviews
- Complete the onboarding process for new employees
- Effectively following the process of onboarding, induction and training of new joiners
- Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary processes, and grievances
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and produce monthly HR reports such as compliance, hiring etc
- Execute strategies related to achieving HR compliance
- Book employees in for annual competency renewal training/s with third-party vendors as required for their role.
Requirements
1. Relevant degree with 3-5 yrs of experience
2. A critical mindset to identify areas of improvement aligned with the organisation's goals and values
3. Experience in HR management, preferably in Shared Service and with international stakeholders
4. Robust interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders
