The HR Manager will oversee all human resource functions in a quick-paced manufacturing Industry, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations related to recruitment, employee relations, training & development, performance management, compliance, and compensation & benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for all manufacturing roles, including production staff, supervisors, and administrative Blue Caller positions hiring.
- Support workforce planning strategies based on production needs.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, background checks, and on boarding processes for new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure job descriptions are aligned with role requirements.
HR Administration:
· Ensure the attendance management system is properly updated with current employee data, including shifts, work schedules, overtime and attendance policies.
· regularly audit the system for discrepancies or errors and ensure they are resolved promptly.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Grievance Handling:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee complaints, ensuring issues are addressed in a fair and timely manner.
- Investigation & Resolution: Investigate grievances, mediate conflicts, and work with managers to resolve disputes.
- Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees during the grievance process.
Requirements
- Education: Any undergraduate degree (preferably in HR, Business, Social Work, Sociology or relevant field).
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in HR or Employee Relations, with exposure to blue-collar recruitment, manufacturing recruitment, and labour recruitment.
- Skills:
- Strong communication in Hindi and English and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with recruitment platforms and sourcing candidates from various hiring portals.
- Strong local network and contacts to effectively close recruitment demands.
- Ability to manage grievances and employee issues effectively.
