HR Generalist Male

We are looking for an HR Generalist with 1–3 years of experience to handle day-to-day HR operations, payroll, MIS, and employee-related activities. The ideal candidate should have an MBA in HR, robust Excel skills, and good knowledge of HR processes.

Location:Padivatom,Edappally
Experience: 1–3 years in HR

Qualification: MBA – HR / Human Resources

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month

Responsibilites

- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave, and employee records

- Handle monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate payroll inputs

- Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports using MS Excel

- Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities

- Handle employee queries and coordinate with management on HR-related matters

Requirements

- MBA in HR / Human Resources with 1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations

- Hands-on experience in MIS and Payroll

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting

- Good knowledge of attendance, leave management, payroll, and general HR operations

- Male candidates preferred
