- Drive franchise sales to achieve assigned targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the franchise network and meet partner sales targets.
- Ensure franchise partners comply with company policies, operational standards, and legal requirements.
- Manage and mentor 4–6 territory sales representatives to optimize performance and achieve goals.
- Build strong relationships with franchise partners and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Required Candidate Profile:

- Proven retail sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Experience managing a small team of sales representatives.
- Robust interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
