- Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering & preferably M. tech (Structure/ Geotech) froma recognized institute. experience: 10 years.
- At least 7 years' Experience of handling Railway/ Highway design works project.
- At least 5 years in Junior scale and above experience in Railways in Open Line/ Construction/RDSO Design offices.
- At least 6 years in Sr Manager and above experience in Railway PSU Design offices
