- Configure and support end-to-end procurement processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, and scheduling agreements.
- Set up and manage inventory processes such as movement types, stock transfers, physical inventory, and special stock management.
- Customize Material Requirement Planning (MRP) parameters to align with business needs.
- Configure invoice verification and ensure smooth integration with SAP FI module.
Master Data Management
- Maintain and manage core MM master data including Material Master, Vendor Master, Bill of Materials (BOMs), Info Records, and Source Lists.
Cross-Module Integration
- Ensure seamless integration of MM with other SAP modules such as SD (Sales & Distribution), FI/CO (Finance & Controlling), PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management), and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
Technical Documentation & Testing
- Prepare detailed Blueprints, Functional Specifications, Gap Analysis Documents, Test Scripts, and Training Materials.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and conduct end-user training sessions.
Output & Account Determination
- Configure output determination for purchase orders and other purchasing documents.
- Define account determination rules for automatic postings.
- Implement and maintain release strategies for Purchase Requisitions (PRs)
and Purchase Orders (POs).
Technical Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 1 full-cycle SAP implementation, preferably on S/4HANA.
- Solid hands-on expertise in SAP MM and Warehouse Management (WM).
- Experience in developing and supporting RICEF objects: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms.
- Proficient with LSMW, IDOC/ALE, and EDI integrations.
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end MM processes such as Goods Receipt/Goods Issue (GR/GI), subcontracting, consignment stock, third-party procurement, and Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI).
- Familiarity with barcode scanning integration and external system interfaces.
Soft Skills & Competencies:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation capabilities.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with business users and technical teams.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently or within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP MM Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
- Exposure to S/4HANA Migration, including Greenfield and Brownfield implementations.
