- 3+ years of experience in manual testing, with a focus on Salesforce applications.
- Hands-on experience in API testing (REST/SOAP) using Postman or similar tools.
- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and common objects (e.g., Leads, Opportunities, Cases).
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SOQL/SOSL and ability to query Salesforce data for testing.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
- Basic knowledge of test management tools like Jira. Understand and analyze business requirements and functional specifications.
- Design and execute test cases for Salesforce applications, covering UI and backend validation.
- Perform detailed manual testing of Salesforce modules.
- Validate data integrity across Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar, validating request/response formats, headers, status codes, etc.
- Participate in defect triage meetings and work closely with developers and business analysts to resolve issues.
- Maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test summary reports.
- Work in Agile/Scrum development environments and actively participate in sprint ceremonies.
