- Lead the approach/design/architecture of WCM solutions leveraging the AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) platform including CRX/CRXDE, WCM, DAM, Analytics and Social Collaboration
- Establishes auditing procedures to ensure continued integrity
- Assist in post-implementation continuous improvement efforts in enhancing performance and providing increased functionality
- Implement Adobe Experience Manager solutions for web and mobile
- Assess Digital market technology choices to determine fit, including software, hardware
- Lead transformation of core IT
- Design target architectures for technology domains and develop roadmaps for transformation
- Screen and evaluate recent technologies to optimize the current solutions and to make them sustainable for the future
- Responsible for technical design, development, and maintenance of software applications and their associated components within the team
- Oversee Adobe development efforts and provide technical help as required
