- Design and implement automation test frameworks using BDD tools such as Cucumber, SpecFlow, etc.
- Write reusable and maintainable test scripts for UI, API, and integration testing
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and create effective test cases
- Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines
- Identify and implement test automation opportunities to improve QA efficiency
- Log and track defects clearly; assist development teams in root cause analysis and bug resolution
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of hands-on QA automation experience
- Solid experience with BDD tools like Cucumber, Gherkin, or SpecFlow
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.
- Experience with Selenium/WebDriver or similar UI automation tools
- Working knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman, RestAssured, etc.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
Good to Have:
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling
- Certifications like ISTQB or other relevant QA certifications
