- Design and implement automation test frameworks using BDD (Cucumber, SpecFlow, etc.)
- Write reusable and maintainable test scripts for UI, API, and integration testing
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into effective test cases
- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines
- Identify test automation opportunities and drive implementation
- Report defects clearly and assist in troubleshooting
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in QA Automation
- Strong knowledge and experience with BDD tools (e.g., Cucumber, Gherkin, SpecFlow)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language used in automation (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- Experience with Selenium/WebDriver or similar UI automation tools
- Working knowledge of API testing (e.g., Postman, RestAssured)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills
Positive to Have:
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience in performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling) is a plus
- ISTQB or other QA certifications
