- Design end-to-end supply chain solutions using Blue Yonder ESP to optimize planning and operations
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical configurations
- Configure, customize, and implement Blue Yonder ESP software to meet client objectives
- Assist both functional and technical teams in developing test cases, scenarios, and support implementation cycles
- Collaborate with users to identify automation opportunities and recommend process enhancements
- Manage system integrations with ERP systems like SAP
- Deliver training sessions and create user documentation
- Provide post-implementation support including hyper-care and change management
- Ensure smooth migration from on-premise SCP to ESP Cloud, understanding both platforms thoroughly

Key Skills & Expertise:

- Solid understanding of Blue Yonder ESP (Enterprise Supply Planning), formerly JDA SCP




- In-depth data modeling skills and knowledge of linear programming for ESP
- Ability to independently configure, model, and test ESP plans
- Experience with Oracle databases, PL/SQL scripting, and software development life cycle
- Familiarity with SAP-ESP integration is a plus
- Strong communication and client-facing skills

Required Qualifications:

- 7–10 years of experience in solution architecture or consulting, focused on Blue Yonder ESP
- Proven experience in supply chain management processes and implementing best practices
- Hands-on experience in ESP migration projects (SCP to ESP Cloud preferred)
- Blue Yonder ESP certification is a plus
- Strong technical background in systems infrastructure, database concepts, and SDLC
