Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive international B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth for our IT services, SaaS products, and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert qualified leads through outbound prospecting.
- Develop business across international markets and build strong client relationships.
- Identify and engage C-suite, CXO, VP, and Director-level decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, demos, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Build and manage sales pipelines and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, and delivery teams for client requirements.
- Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.




- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development, preferably IT/SaaS.
- Proven experience in International Sales / Global Business Development.
- Strong current business acquisition and outbound sales experience.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, and Clay.
- Proven C-suite/CXO-level engagement and relationship management.
- Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Ability to independently build pipelines and close deals.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Preferred

Experience selling SaaS, IT services, software development, AI/automation, digital transformation, cloud, or digital marketing solutions.
