About the Role

We're building out our digital marketing team, and we're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to run paid search and social campaigns that deliver a real return, not just clicks.

Day-to-Day, You Will

- Plan, run and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns end to end.
- Build retargeting and remarketing campaigns that bring warm audiences back through the funnel.
- Optimise campaigns for the full conversion funnel, not just clicks — working closely with the Web & Design Specialist on landing page performance.




- Track and report on ROAS and attribution, and use what you learn to keep improving spend efficiency.
- Keep on top of AI-led tools like Smart Bidding, Performance Max and Meta Advantage+, and use them to get more from every budget.

Your Skills and Experience Might Also Include

- An inclination towards hospitality and/or marketing for hotels is a good-to-have — you understand how seasonality and guest booking behaviour affect paid performance.
- 2–4 years experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, ideally with your own hands-on account management rather than agency oversight alone.
- Comfortable with AI-assisted bidding and creative tools, and confident using them to improve performance, not just switch them on.
- Strong communication skills and a data-led approach to setting goals, tracking performance and sharing results clearly.
- A practical, forward-thinking mindset — you spot what's not working and fix it fast.
