What You'll Do

As the HR Manager, you will lead the entire employee lifecycle for our manufacturing unit. Supporting a workforce of 300+ employees (including staff and shop floor teams), you will align HR operations with company business goals:

- End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Partner with leadership to forecast needs and hire for technical, non-technical, and shop floor roles.
- Workforce Management & IR: Manage blue-collar and contract employees, foster positive industrial relations, and lead grievance redressal.
- Payroll & Statutory Compliance: Oversee monthly payroll, statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus),



and maintain labor law compliance.
- Plant Administration & Operations: Manage plant facilities, vendor contracts, canteen operations, and infrastructure projects.
- Performance & Development: Implement shop-floor tailored KPI systems, design structured onboarding, and drive employee welfare and skill development.

What We Are Looking For

- Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Experience: 8–12 years in HR, with deep experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Key Skills: Demonstrated expertise in managing 300+ employees, blue-collar workforce handling, full labor law/statutory compliance, payroll oversight, and hands-on facility administration.
- Leadership: Strong communication, problem-solving, and grievance-handling skills.
