Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong Healthcare domain expertise to lead end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate should have a balanced combination of technical/overall project management and healthcare project experience, with strong client and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead projects across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.
- Own end-to-end project delivery, including scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.
- Manage client, business, and technical stakeholders effectively.
- Gather and understand business requirements and translate them into BRDs, project plans, and actionable delivery plans.
- Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Demonstrate strong communication,



presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives and client expectations.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of direct Project Manager experience.
- 15+ years of total professional experience.
- Strong experience in Healthcare / Healthcare IT.
- Hands-on experience managing projects through delivery.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Experience with requirements gathering and BRD documentation.
- Robust communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Certifications

- PMP
- CSM / Scrum Master
- SAFe
- Healthcare certifications such as AHM 250, HIPAA, or equivalent.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with Healthcare Project Management experience, solid technical/overall PM exposure, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Work Hours

- Must be willing to work according to the US business hour coverage model.
