We are seeking a skilled SOC Analyst to join our security operations team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents to protect our organization's information assets.
Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents in a timely manner.
- Analyze security incidents and determine root causes.
- Perform threat intelligence analysis and share findings with the team.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance security measures.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to security incidents and responses.
- Participate in security audits and compliance checks.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-9 years of experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) roles.
- Robust understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS.
- Proficient in SIEM tools like Splunk, ArcSight, or QRadar.
- Experience with incident response and handling processes.
- Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Familiarity with malware analysis and reverse engineering techniques.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
