SAP SuccessFactors Core HR/EC Functional Consultant

1) 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors/HCM experience, including Employee Central implementation, remediation, enhancement, and production support.

2) Translate approved solution designs into detailed functional configuration and execution plans in collaboration with the EC architect.

3) Demonstrate expert hands-on configuration experience across Employee Central, RBP, workflows, business rules, event reasons, data models, foundation objects, and employee/job data.

4) Analyze and resolve functional issues involving EC-to-S/4HANA Payroll replication, concurrent employment, position management, job synchronization, and personnel/infotype mapping.

5) Support requirements validation, configuration, unit testing, UAT, defect resolution, production validation,



and release-impact assessment for prioritized enhancements.

6) Maintain configuration documentation, issue/root-cause analysis, test evidence, and knowledge-transfer materials; escalate design decisions, risks, and dependencies to the architect.

7) Possess an active SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification, with the ability to apply certified knowledge to hands-on configuration, issue remediation, enhancement support, and EC-to-S/4HANA Payroll integration activities.
