We are looking for a strong Python Backend Engineer with hands-on experience in GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, and MCP to build production-grade AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build scalable Python backend services and REST APIs
- Develop AI Agents and multi-step Agentic Workflows
- Build and integrate MCP Servers/Clients
- Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, search systems, and third-party services
- Implement RAG, tool/function calling, structured outputs, and context management
- Develop production-ready AI solutions with proper monitoring, safeguards, and fallbacks

Must-Have Skills:

- 5–10 years of software engineering experience
- Strong Python + Backend + REST API development
- Hands-on GenAI/LLM experience
- Experience building AI Agents / Agentic Workflows
- Experience with MCP / MCP Servers
- Prompt Engineering, Function Calling, Structured LLM Outputs
- Database and external API integration
- Experience building production applications, not just POCs
- Understanding of asynchronous processing / queues / distributed systems
