n About the Role
nWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused CRM Manager & Executive Assistant who will serve as the backbone of our customer relationship management while supporting the Founder in daily execution.
nThis role combines customer engagement, lead nurturing, CRM management, executive coordination, and business follow-ups. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys interacting with customers, managing data, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

n Key Responsibilities
nCustomer Relationship Management (CRM)
n

- Manage all customer interactions across calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.n
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from provided lead databases.n
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and purchase intent.n
- Introduce products, collections, services, and offers confidently.n




- Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.n
- Build long-term customer relationships to improve repeat business.n
- Ensure every interaction is accurately updated in the CRM.n
- Maintain customer databases and sales pipelines.n

nSales Coordination

- Schedule appointments for the Founder and senior sales team.n
- Coordinate customer appointments, virtual consultations, and store visits.n
- Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, pending orders, payments, and deliveries.n
- Work closely with sales, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.n
- Assist in recovering abandoned carts and inactive customer inquiries.n

nExecutive Assistant Responsibilities
