- Familiarity with insurance market systems (IMR, London Market Bureau) for Bureau roles.
- Robust negotiation and communication skills
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- 1 to 3 years of experience in in Accounts Receivable /Finance and Accounting (preferably in cash and collection)
- Experience using finance or ERP systems
- Experience in Bureau credit control, working with Xchanging
