1. Senior Python Developer / Lead

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of Python developers.
- Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable data processing applications.
- Write productive, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Work with Spark, Scala, Python, SQL, HQL, Hive to deliver big data projects.
- Optimize and tune Hadoop applications for better performance.
- Collaborate with QA, Operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in agile/scrum meetings and drive technical discussions.

Required Skills & Experience:

✅ 7+ years of software development experience with Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Spark,



PySpark, Sqoop, Hive, HQL, Spark, Scala).

✅ Strong experience in Python, SQL, and shell scripting (4+ years).

✅ Expertise in Spark architecture, data frames, and performance tuning.

✅ Strong knowledge of database concepts, systems architecture, and data structures.

✅ Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

✅ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

✅ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
