- Good knowledge of SAP technical background (landscape, environment, transport orders etc), different stages of SAP projects (run, deployments,

testing. etc).

- Knowledge and experience in managing the release deployment activities, preferably using SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM) is desirable.

- Experience in supporting the Solution Manager, preferably through Solution Manager (ChaRM) to maintain the SAP system

- landscape setup, ITSM Ticketing tool, CCLM (Custom Code Lifecycle Management) , CSOL, EWA.

- Experience in setting up ChaRM (Change Deliveries), process, Solution Documentation new features of Solution Manager 7.2 for recent system landscape and provide RUN support for the same.

- Experience with STMS monitoring return code analysis is desirable. Working knowledge in Installation, maintenance and housekeeping of SAP Solution Manager.
