Role Summary

We are building the Supply Chain Operating System for India's manufacturers and distributors that run their operations on homegrown ERPs but lack real-time visibility into inventory health, order flow, or logistics performance. Our system sits on top of existing ERPs and WMSs, creates a unified operational data model, and turns inventory data into better decisions through an intelligent pooling of AI agents and deterministic models. As Tech Lead, you will turn this product vision into a dependable, secure, and extensible SaaS platform, owning architecture and technical delivery while remaining hands-on.

What You Will Do

- Own the technical architecture across the multi-tenant platform, APIs, integration framework, operational database, intelligence services, and customer-facing products.

- Define the non-functional blueprint for tenant isolation, authorization, security, auditability, observability, reliability, data retention, and deployment.





- Establish practical engineering workflows: code review, testing, environments, release governance, incident response, and architecture documentation.

- Guide technical choices for APIs, asynchronous/event-driven processing, data stores, queues, cloud services, and monitoring.

- Partner with AI, backend, and integration engineers to make source-data connectivity, intelligence, and production operations work as one system.

- Recruit, mentor, and enable a small high-output engineering team.

Requirements

- 5+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years owning architecture or leading technical delivery.

- Strong backend/platform experience building multi-tenant SaaS, APIs, data-intensive, or integration-heavy systems.

- Hands-on depth in security, authentication/authorization, asynchronous processing, observability, and operating production services.

- Strong system-design judgment and ability to sequence ambiguous, complex work.
