Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable test automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Automate API, UI, and end-to-end workflows across web, mobile, and desktop platforms using BDD/TDD methodologies.
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) for continuous validation and reporting.
- Collaborate with Dev & QA teams to shift-left testing, define test strategies,



and drive quality ownership across sprints.
- Implement test reporting, dashboards, and failure analytics using Allure, ExtentReports, or custom solutions.
- Optimize test execution speed, parallelization, and flakiness reduction using cloud grids (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, LambdaTest).
