About the Role

We are looking for a B.Pharm graduate to join our team in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer/patient queries, providing product-related information, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle patient/customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Provide accurate information related to medicines, products, and treatment plans within the defined scope.

- Coordinate with doctors, pharmacists, and internal teams whenever required.

- Maintain accurate records and update CRM/customer information.

- Follow up with customers/patients and ensure timely resolution of queries.

- Support sales and conversion activities while maintaining service quality.





- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and pharmacy-related guidelines.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient/customer information.

Requirements

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm qualification is mandatory.

- Freshers can apply; relevant experience will be an added advantage.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of medicines, pharmacy, and healthcare products.

- Comfortable working with CRM/software and basic computer applications.

- Customer-focused and willing to work in a target-oriented environment.
