Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workspace ONE / UEM Technical Consultant – L2 to design, implement, troubleshoot and support enterprise Unified Endpoint Management environments.

The role involves working across Workspace ONE UEM, Workspace ONE Access, Intune, identity integrations, device management, security, compliance, certificates and enterprise mobility solutions.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM or Microsoft Intune
- 4+ years of customer-facing consulting experience, preferably with a system integrator, IT services or consulting organization
- Current experience working at L2 level
- Strong understanding of the 5 UEM pillars:
- MDM
- MAM
- Security & Compliance
- IAM
- Reporting

- Hands-on experience with Workspace ONE UEM architecture and components
- Strong experience with AirWatch Cloud Connector (ACC) setup, configuration and architecture
- Experience integrating Workspace ONE/Intune with Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta or Ping Identity
- Experience with ACC integration with on-premises Active Directory, Exchange and Certificate Authorities
- Strong knowledge of PKI, SCEP and certificate-based authentication
- Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory and Domain Controllers
- Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID Conditional Access, SSO and MFA
- Strong troubleshooting experience across device enrollment, application deployment, certificates and identity integrations
- Experience managing large device fleets using MDM/UEM platforms
- Strong knowledge of Android, iOS, macOS and Windows device management
- Experience with Workspace ONE/Intune configuration and compliance policies




- Candidate MUST be at a L2 level currently.

Key Responsibilities

UEM Architecture & Implementation

- Design and implement end-to-end Workspace ONE UEM solutions.
- Configure and maintain scalable UEM environments, including high-availability and enterprise deployments.
- Set up, configure and administer Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Access.
- Configure enrollment, Organization Groups, profiles, policies and system settings.

Migration & Deployment

- Lead or support complex migrations from legacy MDM platforms or Microsoft Intune to Workspace ONE.
- Plan migrations with minimal downtime and user impact.
- Manage device enrollment and platform-specific configurations across iOS, macOS, Android and Windows.

Identity & Security





- Configure integrations with Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity and enterprise directories.
- Implement SSO, MFA, Conditional Access and device-compliance-based access.
- Configure certificate-based authentication using PKI, SCEP and CA integrations.
- Support Zero Trust and enterprise mobility security initiatives.

Troubleshooting & Support

- Perform deep-dive L2 troubleshooting for enrollment, application deployment, certificates, authentication and identity integrations.
- Diagnose and resolve complex UEM environment issues.
- Conduct environment health checks and performance tuning.

Automation & Reporting

- Develop automation using PowerShell, REST APIs and scripting.
- Automate bulk device/user management, reporting, Smart Groups and remediation activities.
- Use Workspace ONE Intelligence for analytics, reporting and automation where applicable.

Compliance & Device Management

- Implement device compliance and remediation policies.
- Manage large enterprise device fleets across multiple operating systems.
- Configure application distribution and lifecycle management.
- Support security audits, hardening and compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile

- Strong enterprise mobility/UEM technical background.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working directly with customers and explaining complex technical concepts.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with technical teams.
- Solid communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Minimum 2 years of stability in an organization is preferred.
- Candidates currently working at L2 level will be preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred.
