Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated MD in Microbiology to join our Medical Affairs team. The role involves close collaboration with the Medical Affairs Head to support reporting, documentation, and data analysis related to clinical and scientific projects. The position is based in Navi Mumbai, with potential travel and meeting participation as part of the job.

What we want you to do :

- Interpret, analyze, and contribute to reporting of NGS and clinical genomics data for infectious disease diagnostics.

- Apply strong knowledge of clinical microbiology, infectious diseases, and diagnostics in routine scientific and clinical activities.

- Support and strengthen infection control practices and antimicrobial stewardship programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to quality management systems (QMS) and maintain compliance with NABL and other regulatory standards.

- Prepare accurate scientific documentation, reports, and educational content with high attention to detail.

- Lead and actively participate in the dissemination of scientific knowledge through CME programs, RTMs, and in-person scientific engagements across PAN India.





- Act as a scientific liaison between industry, healthcare professionals, laboratories, and academic institutions.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations, quality, and business support to ensure seamless execution of responsibilities.

- Stay updated with advancements in molecular diagnostics, sequencing technologies (NGS), and emerging trends in clinical microbiology.

- Demonstrate effective communication, time management, and organizational skills while handling dynamic responsibilities and travel requirements.

What are we looking in you :

- Fresher - MD in Microbiology (Completed). No other educational qualifications will be considered.

- Strong academic foundation in infectious diseases, clinical microbiology, and diagnostics.

- Excellent documentation and communication skills.

- Eagerness to work in a collaborative environment with agile responsibilities.

- Willingness to travel and participate in in-person meetings as required.

- High attention to detail, time management, and a proactive attitude.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and scientific writing (preferred).

- Demonstrated understanding of infection control protocols and antimicrobial stewardship principles.

- Familiarity with molecular and sequencing (NGS) technologies and their applications in clinical microbiology is advantageous.

- Open to travel to PAN India for CME programs and RTMs.
