Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising blow moulding shift operations, manpower, production targets, machine efficiency, quality, and shop-floor compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise shift operations and manpower deployment
• Achieve daily production targets and ensure schedule adherence
• Monitor machine efficiency, cycle time, downtime, and productivity
• Ensure quality checks and defect containment
• Coordinate with Maintenance for breakdowns and troubleshooting
• Monitor machine settings, process parameters, and changeovers
• Maintain production, scrap, rejection, and downtime reports
• Ensure safety, 5S, material handling, and shop-floor standards
• Guide operators and ensure smooth shift handover
