Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and basic organization of the office premises.
Serve tea, water, and refreshments to office staff and visitors when required.
Handle delivery and collection of documents, files, and office materials.
Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing of documents.
Support office staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Carry important files or documents between departments whenever needed.
Ensure office supplies are arranged properly and inform management when stock is required.




Perform other general office support duties assigned by the management.
Candidate Requirements

Good communication and polite behavior.
Ability to complete assigned duties sincerely and on time.
Previous experience as a Peon, Office Boy, or Office Assistant will be preferred.
