Job Title: Sales Operations – Consumer Durables

About the Role:

We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to manage and optimize the sales operations process for our consumer durable products. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by ensuring smooth backend operations, data accuracy, performance tracking, and process efficiency. This role demands strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills to drive operational excellence and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee end-to-end sales operations, including order management, sales tracking, and reporting.

● Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.

● Support the sales team with accurate data insights, reports, and dashboards to drive decision-making.

● Ensure timely processing of orders, invoicing, and collections in alignment with company policies.

● Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify trends,



and recommend process improvements.

● Maintain and update sales databases, CRM, and ERP systems to ensure data accuracy and visibility.

● Assist in sales forecasting, target setting, and performance evaluation activities.

● Drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and turnaround time.

● Ensure compliance with organizational standards and customer satisfaction benchmarks.

Requirements

● Graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or related functions.

● Strong analytical, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

● Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent preferred).

● Experience in sales reporting, forecasting, and data management.

● Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
