Manage UniCommerce for order processing, inventory and dispatch · Monitor D2C stock, inward/outward movement and stock reconciliation · Manage warehouse operations including picking, packing, dispatch and returns · Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for timely deliveries · Track RTOs, NDRs and delivery issues · Ensure physical and system stock accuracy · Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports · Use MS Excel/Google Sheets for inventory tracking, reconciliation and analysis · Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution Skills & Requirements: · Graduate in any discipline · 2–5 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, D2C or E-commerce Operations · Hands-on experience with UniCommerce or similar OMS/WMS · Good understanding of D2C order fulfilment and inventory management · Solid knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets · Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and basic formulas · Strong coordination, communication and follow-up skills · Good problem-solving and analytical skills · Strong attention to detail · Should be comfortable working around cats and dogs
