*Experience:* 1–3 Years in Logistics / Courier / 3PL / E-commerce / Client Servicing

# Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily operations for key clients.

* Coordinate shipments, pickups and deliveries.

* Handle customer queries and maintain good client relationships.

* Resolve delivery issues, delays and escalations.

* Support billing, documentation and payment follow-ups.

* Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.

* Coordinate with internal teams, warehouses and courier partners.

#Requirements

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Good communication skills in English & Hindi.

* Good knowledge of *MS Excel/Google Sheets*.

* Solid customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks.

* Customer-focused and responsible attitude.
