Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Associate to join our esteemed plywood manufacturing and supply company based in Chennai. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint among architects and interior designers by building strong relationships and driving sales through strategic outreach and client engagement. As a key contributor to our Century Program, you will leverage both company-provided and self-sourced databases to identify opportunities, present our premium range of plywood, laminate sheets, flush doors, fibreboard, and veneer sheets, and convert prospects into loyal customers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, tech proficiency, and a strong work ethic—ready to commit to full-time field-based responsibilities with a focus on performance and growth.

Location:Tamil Nadu,Chennai,CoimbotoreResponsibilities:

- Conduct in-person meetings with architects and interior designers to understand their project needs and annual design projections.

- Effectively pitch the company’s product range, highlighting quality, design versatility, and cost efficiency.





- Convert client meetings into successful sales through persuasive communication and relationship-building.

- Maintain and grow a personal database of design professionals, supplementing the company’s aided database.

- Travel across Chennai and surrounding areas to engage with clients and follow up on opportunities.

- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and consistent performance in a field-based, on-site environment.

RequirementsRequirements:

- Possession of a valid two-wheeler license and access to a two-wheeler for field mobility.

- Proficient in handling mobile devices, social media platforms, and mobile applications.

- Analytical mindset with logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Willingness to work full-time (8–9 hours daily) in an on-site, field-based setting—no hybrid or work from home options.
Minimum 6 months of field sales experience is mandatory.
