DocPharma is a B2B2C healthcare supply-chain company focused on pharmacy, diagnostics and technology solutions. Its operations include pharmacy fulfilment, inventory management, order processing, and delivery services across India.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and supervise a team of operations/warehouse/pharmacy staff.
2. Manage daily order fulfilment and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
3. Monitor inventory, stock availability, inward/outward movement and discrepancies.
4. Allocate daily tasks and monitor team productivity.
5. Ensure SOP, quality, safety and compliance standards are followed.
6. Track pending, cancelled, delayed and priority orders and take corrective action.
7. Coordinate with delivery, pharmacy, customer support and other operational teams.
8. Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports, productivity reports and operational dashboards.

Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
10. Train, coach and motivate team members.
11. Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
12. Ensure proper documentation and system updates for all transactions.
13. Support management in achieving operational KPIs and business targets.

Required Skills:

1. Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Knowledge of warehouse/pharmacy/fulfilment operations.
4. Basic to intermediate Excel and MIS knowledge.
5. Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
