Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and responsible Pharmacist to manage dispensing of medicines, maintain pharmacy records, ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products, and provide professional support to customers/patients while complying with applicable pharmacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dispense medicines accurately as per valid prescriptions.
2. Verify prescriptions, dosage, drug interactions, and medicine details.
3. Provide appropriate information to customers/patients regarding medicines and usage.
4. Maintain proper inventory of medicines and medical products.
5. Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, batch numbers, and storage conditions.
6. Ensure proper handling and storage of temperature-sensitive medicines.
7. Maintain pharmacy registers, invoices, purchase records, and other required documentation.
8. Coordinate with doctors, healthcare staff, distributors, and suppliers when required.
9. Follow company SOPs, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
10. Minimize medication errors and ensure safe dispensing practices.

Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good service standards.
12. Support stock audits and periodic physical inventory verification.
13. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance within the pharmacy area.

Candidate Requirements

1. Education: B.Pharm / D.Pharm from a recognized institution.
2. Valid Pharmacist Registration as applicable.
3. 0–3 years of relevant experience; freshers may also be considered.
4. Good knowledge of medicines, dosage forms, and pharmaceutical products.
5. Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
6. Good communication and customer-handling skills.
7. Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
