· Manage UniCommerce for order processing, inventory and dispatch · Monitor D2C stock, inward/outward movement and stock reconciliation · Manage warehouse operations including picking, packing, dispatch and returns · Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for timely deliveries · Track RTOs, NDRs and delivery issues · Ensure physical and system stock accuracy · Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports · Use MS Excel/Google Sheets for inventory tracking, reconciliation and analysis
