The purpose of this position is to Support design, testing, and optimization of new manufacturing processes or improvements to existing processes.
- Process Developments / Improvements
Assist in designing and conducting trials to test recent processes or modifications to existing processes. Collect data and samples, monitor process variable during process development for analysis to evaluate process performance and provide input into solutions and improvements.

- New / Used Mae Try-Out And Process Establishment
Identify and address technical issues or deviations during the MAE try-out and commissioning. Prepare reports and documentation summarizing process development activities, findings, and results. Collaborate on optimizing processes to improve OEE, design of fixtures for quick change and poke yoke

Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to process development, digital technologies, automation etc.

- Process Support
Collect and analyse data during trials/improvements to understand process behaviour, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Execute trouble shooting for process issues / technical breakdowns for business continuity.
