Job Description:

- Regulatory Reporting Interpretation:

- o Interpret regulatory reporting rules, return instructions and

- prudential requirements, and assess their impact on data

- sourcing, calculations, controls, and reporting processes using

- AxiomSL as the regulatory reporting platform.

- o Translate regulatory interpretation into clear business

- requirements, report logic, validation rules and functional

- specifications for implementation, configuration, and testing

- within AxiomSL.

- o Support regulatory change analysis by reviewing new or revised

- guidelines, identifying reporting gaps, documenting interpretation

- decisions, and coordinating sign-off with Finance, Risk,

- Compliance, country stakeholders, and technology teams for

- AxiomSL-based reporting delivery.

- Business Analyst Skills:

- o Business analyst with knowledge on Country Regulatory

- Reporting including HKMA, MAS, PRA, ECB,



FINREP/COREP

- etc.,

- o Robust understanding of Business Process Mapping, Current/As-

- is vs Future/ To- Be Solution Design

- o Proficiency in AxiomSL regulatory reporting platform, with the

- ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into

- clear functional specifications.

- o Ability to work with business, regulatory and technology

- stakeholders to clarify requirements and support AxiomSL

- implementation.

- o Working knowledge of requirement documentation, functional

- specifications, report logic, data mapping, and testing support for

- AxiomSL-based regulatory reporting.

- o Knowledge about End-to-End Data flow, Data controls, Data

- Lineage, Data governance Framework
