Job Description:

- Operations Management

- Oversee daily operations across Q-commerce platforms, including timely processing of Purchase

- Orders (POs) and maintaining high fill rates. Ensure smooth order flow and resolve operational

- issues proactively.

- Inventory & Catalog Management

- Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stockouts and minimize overstocking. Manage and

- optimize product listings, including images, descriptions, pricing, and attributes, ensuring complete

- accuracy and maximum discoverability on platforms.

- Account & Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate closely with platform account managers to drive visibility and growth initiatives. Build

- solid working relationships with internal teams such as logistics, warehouse, and supply chain to

- ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

- Analytics & Reporting

- Monitor sales performance, inventory aging, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare regular

- reports with actionable insights and recommend strategies to improve sales, visibility, and

- operational efficiency.
