India - Pudupakkam Full time R003311 **Job Description Summary** Production planning, material planning, inventory control and dispatch planning. **Job Description** + Delivery: + Meet site OTIF targets + Circulation of rolling dispatch plans to site cross-functional team + Ensure monthly dispatch and manufacturing commitments are met. + Collaborate with Tech Ops and Project Management team on execution of new product launches and site transfer projects. + Material planning: + Managing end to end MRP run and timely material indenting for commercial, life cycle, current product launches and projects + Material tracking & scheduling of material deliveries in line with production plan to ensure no line downtime due to material availability. + Driving monthly review of 12-month rolling material requirement projections for APIs, Lifecycle & high lead time materials + Inventory management: + Monitor and control inventory levels of API, RM and PM in line with company targets. + Monthly assessment of action plans for slow/non-moving inventory + Provide routine destruction note approvals in line with MRB process. + Timely escalation: + Highlight critical issues related to delivery and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solutions.



+ Maintain transparent communication in all intra and inter-departmental meetings and emails + Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement: + Analyze production and inventory data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to streamline processes + Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity + MIS: + Prepare and present routine reports on production and dispatch performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics + Compliance and Safety: + Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards, including ISO 14001 & 5S Come join us!
