Employment Type: Full-Time About the Company Ethera Diamond is a lab-grown diamond fine jewellery company with a manufacturing facility in Jaipur. We are looking for a motivated professional to join our manufacturing operations team and contribute to production planning, process improvement, operational excellence and shop-floor efficiency. Role: Operations Manager – Production & Operational Excellence The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting production and plant operations while driving process improvements, productivity, quality, cost efficiency and operational excellence across manufacturing activities. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day production and plant operations to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing. Assist in production planning, scheduling and execution based on business requirements. Monitor production performance, productivity, quality, yield and operational KPIs. Identify process bottlenecks and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma and other operational excellence methodologies. Monitor and improve OEE, productivity, process efficiency and resource utilization. Work closely with production, quality, procurement, planning, maintenance and other cross-functional teams. Support inventory, material flow and production requirements. Identify opportunities for reducing cost, waste,



process losses and production inefficiencies. Maintain and improve SOPs, work instructions and operational processes. Support shop-floor teams and ensure adherence to quality, safety and operational standards. Prepare and analyze operational reports and MIS using Advanced Excel. Support dashboards and data-driven decision-making using Power BI / similar tools. Use SAP/ERP systems for relevant production, material or inventory-related activities. Ensure compliance with EHS, quality and process standards. Required Skills Production / Manufacturing Operations Production Planning & Control Process Improvement / Operational Excellence Lean Manufacturing Kaizen / 5S / Six Sigma Root Cause Analysis (RCA) OEE & KPI Management Advanced Excel Power BI / Data Analysis SAP / ERP Problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills Educational Qualification B.Tech / M.Tech from IITs OR MBA from a reputed institute. Candidates with an educational background in Production, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing or related fields will be preferred. Ideal Candidate 4+ years of relevant experience in production, manufacturing, plant operations, process improvement or operational excellence. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working closely with shop-floor and production teams. Willing to work from the Jaipur manufacturing facility. Candidates who can combine operations knowledge with data-driven process improvement will be preferred. Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
