Job Description:

Role Overview

The Application Engineer will lead the technical design and delivery of application-specific electrical power projects. The role covers customer technical discussions, system design, production support, testing, installation, commissioning, and field troubleshooting for high-capacity generator and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate customer requirements into design documents, calculations, and technical proposals.
- Design electrical panels and support generator, battery, UPS, and cable sizing activities.
- Use relevant design tools for CAD, electrical modelling, and system documentation.
- Provide engineering support during manufacturing and equipment integration.




- Lead factory and site acceptance testing and document the results.
- Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and field deployment.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, production teams, and testing agencies.
- Verify compliance with applicable electrical, quality, and safety standards.

Required Skills

- Electrical application engineering
- LT/HT panel design and DG sizing
- AutoCAD and electrical-design software
- FAT, SAT, installation, and commissioning
- Working knowledge of PLC, SCADA, UPS, batteries, and power-control cables
