Key ResponsibilitiesExecute carpentry tasks with precision, including cutting, shaping, and installing materials.Follow project blueprints and building plans to meet client requirements.Operate and maintain carpentry tools and machinery.Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines on all job sites.Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards in finished work.Experience and Skills RequiredExperience: Minimum 5 years in carpentry.Key Competencies:Proficiency in using various carpentry tools and machinery.Knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques related to carpentry.Robust attention to detail and craftsmanship.Problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.QualificationsEducation: Graduation in a relevant field is preferred, though not mandatory.Special Training: Certification in carpentry or relevant technical training is a plus.Personal AttributesStrong work ethic and commitment to quality.Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.LanguagesBasic proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication.Salary Range: Starting from 170 KWD (Kuwaiti Dinar)
