Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager Electronic Components & Semiconductor Sales to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and lead our sales activities.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru .

The role includes managing the complete sales cyclefrom customer acquisition and lead generation to RFQs, BOM opportunities, quotations, negotiation, order conversion, and long-term account development .

Key Responsibilities

- Drive B2B sales of Electronic Components and Semiconductors .
- Develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Build relationships with OEMs, EMS companies, ODMs, Design Houses, and Industrial Customers .
- Manage RFQs, BOMs, MPNs, quotations, pricing, negotiations, and order conversion .
- Manage and grow strategic customer accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and sales forecast.
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team.
- Work closely with sourcing and supplier teams to support customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, component availability, pricing, lead times, and new business opportunities.





Mandatory Experience

Candidates must have direct experience in one or more of the following:

- Electronic Components Sales
- Semiconductor Sales
- Electronic Component Distribution
- Semiconductor Distribution
- Independent Distribution
- Authorized/Franchised Distribution
- OEM/EMS Electronics Sales

Strong knowledge of Active Components, Passive Components, Semiconductors, Electronic Components Supply Chain, OEM/EMS customers, RFQs, BOMs, MPNs, pricing, and commercial negotiations is required.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a commercially driven sales professional with proven experience in the Electronic Components and Semiconductor industry , strong customer relationships, business development skills, and the ability to convert opportunities into sustainable revenue growth.

Candidates with only general sales, FMCG, IT/software sales, consumer electronics retail, appliances, or unrelated industry experience may not be suitable for this role.
