Key Responsibilities:

1. Write and revamp marketing copy for email newsletters, direct mail, postcards, and door hangers.
2. Draft weekly email newsletters following established processes.
3. Use AI tools like ChatGPT to draft and refine content while verifying accuracy.
4. Research business and local market topics to support content and campaigns.
5. Design and analyze customer surveys and summarize findings into clear recommendations.
6. Maintain and prioritize marketing tasks based on time, cost, and impact.
7. Post consistently on Google Business Profile.
8. Handle additional marketing and content tasks as required.
